I was raised in Colorado City, a small town in west Texas. My interest in veterinary medicine grew while I worked at a veterinary hospital throughout my high school experience. I attended Texas A&M University for both my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. During this time, I had the privilege of traveling to Uganda and Nicaragua for veterinary missions. I hope to serve in veterinary missions again in the future.
My professional interests include soft tissue surgery, preventative care, and public health. In my free time, I enjoy traveling (particularly the western United States), hiking, figure skating, but most importantly coming home to my three pets.
